From the pound to my home

    I got Lola from the pound 5 years ago.  After seeing Old Yeller I went to the pound set on getting a Golden Retriever or a Lab and ended up leaving with a 6 pound Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix with a lot of attitude :)  That's my little Lola. 



    She was shy for only a short period of time before she made herself at home. 

    Then I got Bella almost a year later.  She's a German Shepherd/Italian Greyhound mix.  Very sweet.  I don't know how much she liked her first day with us.  Since Lola barked uncontrollably at her and we gave her a bath right away.  She didn't seem too happy about that.



    It didn't take them long to start getting into trouble..






    Life for me hasn't been the same since :)  I love my dogs!!!

    Lola Bella Wow Beth! But Old Yeller will do that to you. BTW - that's a great idea about the rescues.
